Samil PwC to Host Internal Accounting Management Future Strategy Seminar on the 24th

The internal accounting control system audit has been conducted since 2019 for listed companies with total assets of 2 trillion KRW or more, and it is scheduled to be expanded to listed companies with assets of 100 billion KRW or more starting next year. In the same year, the obligation to operate the internal accounting control system based on consolidated financial statements will be expanded starting with listed companies with total assets of 2 trillion KRW or more, and companies subject to this are currently preparing for the consolidated internal accounting control system.

At this seminar, experts on the internal accounting control system from Samil Accounting Corporation will review the current status of companies' operations of the internal accounting control system, which is in its third year of audit implementation, and present a roadmap for operating the internal accounting control system. They will then discuss specific execution strategies for operating the consolidated internal accounting control system to be implemented from next year.
