"Shopping Follows Food Trends" ... I'Park Mall Strengthens F&B Stores A Sonyeo Bangatgan store opened on the 4th floor of Taste Park in I'Park Mall

[Asia Economy Reporter Jo In-kyung] HDC I'Park Mall is strengthening its food and beverage (F&B) stores by continuously introducing new restaurants that offer customers the joy of eating.

According to I'Park Mall on the 3rd, 'Outback Steakhouse,' the original family restaurant, will open on the 7th floor of I'Park Mall The Center on the 17th, covering an area of 700㎡ (210 pyeong). Outback has recently been experiencing a renaissance as a premium dining restaurant with signature menus such as 'Tomahawk Steak' and 'T-Bone Steak,' and is expected to be popular as a venue for family gatherings, company dinners, and couples' dates.

Opening on the 18th, 'Nakwon Taco' has already gained fame on social networking services (SNS) with its menu called 'Daechang Fajita.' Daechang Fajita is a traditional Mexican dish featuring large intestines, shrimp, lamb, and more, grilled with a smoky flavor on a large pan, wrapped in tortillas with bean sprouts, and is uniquely reinterpreted in a Korean style to suit local tastes.

'Hong Kong Dabang,' which opened on the 4th floor popup store space of The Center on the 1st, faithfully recreates the authentic taste of Hong Kong with basic Hong Kong waffles as well as waffles filled with chocolate, Oreo, and cheese. You can also enjoy various Hong Kong desserts such as Hong Kong-style French toast with butter and sweet sauce, and 'Dongling Tea,' which boasts a harmonious flavor of lemon and tea.

Earlier, 'Katsu 8,' a popular pork cutlet restaurant near Gangnam Station, and the Korean cuisine brand 'Sonyeo Bangatgan,' which opened last month on the 4th floor of I'Park Mall Taste Park, have been so popular that they are fully booked even during weekday meal times, requiring waiting times.

An I'Park Mall official said, "As recent shopping trends focus on F&B content such as 'restaurant exploration' and 'foodstagram,' we will continue to introduce various restaurants to firmly establish ourselves as the 'holy land of restaurants.'"
