Support Within an Annual Limit of 1 Million KRW Per Company
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] Goheung-gun, Jeonnam (Governor Song Gwi-geun) announced on the 2nd that it will promote the "Social Economy Enterprise Delivery Fee Support Project" to alleviate the logistics burden of local social economy enterprises whose sales have decreased due to the impact of COVID-19 and to contribute to profit improvement.
This project is based on the "Ordinance on the Promotion and Support of Social Economy" and will provide support within the annual limit of 1 million KRW to 17 social economy enterprises in the area.
Last year, the county also supported delivery fees of 11 million KRW, receiving great responses from social economy enterprises, and this year, responding to requests from companies to expand the project budget, it secured a budget of 17 million KRW, an increase of 6 million KRW from last year, to provide support.
A representative of a social economy enterprise said, "Due to the impact of COVID-19, online and other non-face-to-face sales are increasing," and added, "At such a time, the delivery fee support project provided by the county is practically very helpful and useful."
Meanwhile, the county has established the "Goheung-gun Social Economy Joint Sales Center" to secure stable sales channels and promote products of social economy enterprises, and it is scheduled to open and operate next month.
