[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Lotte Construction, which won the Grand Prize in the Design category at the Asia Economy Apartment Brand Awards, is showcasing differentiated living spaces through its premium apartment brand ‘Lotte Castle’ and the new residential concept ‘AZIT3.0’.
Last year, Lotte Construction launched the interior style ‘AZIT3.0’. It embodies Lotte Construction’s commitment to enhancing the value of time spent at home in the ‘post-COVID’ era. The goal is to create a new residential space unique to Lotte Castle that reflects the lifestyle and consumption culture changes brought by COVID-19 and ensures hygiene and safety.
Lotte Construction’s ‘AZIT3.0’ consists of five products: △ the built-in home appliance product specialized in hygiene called ‘Pure Package’ △ the ventilation-specialized ‘Clean Air System’ △ the ‘Home Office-type layout’ that separates the bedroom from work and study spaces △ and the ‘Living Room Style-up Package’ that allows customization of space according to personal taste.
Lotte Construction’s new design strategy is fully reflected in ‘Changwon Yangdeok Lotte Castle,’ a redevelopment project in Yangdeok 2 District, Masanhwoewon-gu, Changwon City, Gyeongnam Province, scheduled for completion in June. This complex will be built with 7 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 39 floors above ground, comprising a total of 956 households with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 99㎡. Among them, 705 units are for general sale, with area and type options of △59㎡ △74㎡ △84㎡A △84㎡B △99㎡.
The Yangdeok-dong area where the complex is located boasts a pleasant residential environment. It faces Pallyong Mountain and is close to green spaces such as Samgakji Park, Sanho Park, and Bongam Reservoir. Notably, there is a hiking trail to Pallyong Mountain directly opposite the entrance of the complex, allowing families to easily enjoy leisure activities.
The area also has abundant demand. Directly south of the complex is the Masan Free Trade Zone, and the nearby Changwon National Industrial Complex houses companies such as LG Electronics, Hyosung Heavy Industries, Hyundai Mobis, GM Korea, and Hyundai Wia, enabling quick commuting.
Transportation conditions are also well established. Masan Express Bus Terminal is within walking distance, and KTX Masan Station is about a 10-minute drive away. Nearby road networks include Yangdeok-ro, 3.15-daero, and Pallyong Tunnel, allowing fast access to downtown Changwon by car. The Namhae Expressway Seomasan IC is about 2 km away, facilitating easy travel to other regions.
Nearby educational institutions include Bongdeok Elementary School, Changsin Middle School, and Changsin High School. Large retail facilities such as Lotte Mart (Yangdeok branch), Homeplus (Masan branch), and Shinsegae Department Store (Masan branch), as well as convenience facilities like Changwon NC Park and the Comprehensive Sports Complex, are also accessible.
The model house will be set up in the Yangdeok-dong area, Masanhwoewon-gu, Changwon City, Gyeongnam Province.
