National Veterans Specialized Funeral Service Bohun Sangjo, "Consumer-Centered Management" CCM Introduction Ceremony

Bohoon Sangjo (Bohoon Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as Bohoon) announced on the 20th that it held a CCM (Consumer Centered Management) introduction ceremony at its headquarters. Due to COVID-19, only a few executives including CEO Park Byung-gon attended the ceremony. On this day, CEO Park Byung-gon declared the introduction of CCM and appointed General Manager Park Sun-young as the Chief Customer Officer (CCO).


CCM is a nationally certified system that evaluates and certifies whether a company organizes all its activities from the consumer's perspective and continuously improves related management activities. Re-certification audits are conducted every two years.


Bohoon is an unprecedented funeral service company specializing in funerals for national merit recipients in the funeral industry, professionally handling a wide range of funerals from national merit recipients to general funerals. Along with the growth of the funeral market, it has introduced services that cover all aspects of daily life and is leading efforts to improve the quality of life for customers.


CEO Park Byung-gon stated, “Since we are responsible for the funeral of one family, we always prioritize the voice of the consumer. We have meticulously understood the voice of the customer (VOC) through pre-funeral consulting and a monitoring system for users,” adding, “We will not be complacent with the current customer satisfaction rate of over 97%, but will become a funeral company that moves even more customer-centered.”


He continued, “Starting from this declaration ceremony, we will perfectly establish a consumer-centered management system that puts customers first and actively carry out related activities, becoming ‘Bohoon Sangjo’ together with our customers,” expressing a strong commitment.


Bohoon has formed a TF team to participate in the CCM certification system, plans to build the CCM system, undergo an overall evaluation, and proceed with certification in the second half of the year. Meanwhile, Bohoon has proven its stability as a company by being ranked first in credit evaluation by the Funeral Guarantee Mutual Aid Association for two consecutive years and being listed among the top companies in the Fair Trade Commission’s operating cash flow ratio category for two consecutive years.
