Comex Launches Three New Camping Products
Comex Industrial Co., Ltd. (Comex), a kitchenware company with a 50-year tradition, has released a camping water bottle, a portable camping water bottle, and a camping box.
Comex strengthens its camping product lineup by adding three new products to the Ice Tank (Military Green), which has gained great popularity among the MZ generation by applying the unique 'Earth Color.' Comex's camping products feature a military concept with stylish colors, are sturdy and durable, convenient for outdoor use, and have outstanding designs.
The Comex 'Camping Water Bottle' is a product that applies Earth Color to the 'Bio Tank,' a nationally beloved water bottle launched in 1992 as an antibacterial water bottle. Like the original Bio Tank, it contains antibacterial agents that provide 99.9% antibacterial effects against E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and is made from safe materials that do not contain bisphenol-A (BPA), a suspected environmental hormone substance.
The 'Portable Camping Water Bottle (700ml)' is a miniature version of the camping water bottle, preserving the design with a cute look and excellent grip, allowing easy one-handed use. The 'Camping Box,' which can also be used as a simple luggage carrier and storage box, has sturdy durability that does not shake even when a person stands on it, making it perfect for outdoor activities.
A Comex representative said, "Following the camping trend that has been very popular since last year, we have strengthened Comex's camping product lineup," adding, "We hope you create special memories with your family, friends, and loved ones with Ice Tank, Camping Water Bottle, Portable Camping Water Bottle, and Camping Box, all completed with Comex's unique Earth Color and technology."
Premium Diaper 'Premignon' Launched
Premium diaper 'Premignon,' created by reflecting the opinions of millennial moms who pursue value consumption, will be launched on the 31st. Premignon is a compound word of the French words Premier, meaning 'the best,' and Mignon, meaning 'small and cute,' representing a brand that embodies a mother's desire to give only the best to her small and cute baby.
Premignon is a premium diaper product developed by 100 millennial moms and diaper experts with over 20 years of experience. The product's completeness was enhanced through testing with 400 mothers, receiving positive evaluations such as 98% product satisfaction and 98% purchase intention in the final test.
To reassure mothers concerned about sensitive newborn skin, the diaper uses an inner cover made of microfiber material with a thickness of 1.5 denier, which is 1/60 the thickness of a human hair, minimizing skin irritation. It has also received the EXCELLENT grade from the German dermatological research institute Dermatest.
The diaper features a 3D embossing technology that minimizes skin contact area considering the baby's bottom, which is in contact with the diaper all day, and applies a top sheet combined with air holes to aid quick absorption. The diaper's outer sheet is designed with a signature honeycomb pattern that has passed the pilling test, providing softness even with frequent movement.
A Premignon representative said, "We developed Premignon for moms who cannot settle on a single product due to their constantly growing child," adding, "Instead of development from the manufacturer's perspective, we focused on moms' needs that may arise according to the baby's age."
Meanwhile, the premium diaper brand Premignon will hold a pre-order event through Coupang starting on the 31st, and in June, a new launch discount event will be held on Gmarket. Participants in the events will receive various prizes as well as special gifts.

Summer Homewear: Cotton, Linen, Silk ? Which Material Is Best?
As the upcoming heatwave approaches, more people are looking for summer pajamas and homewear. Although there is a wide range of homewear materials available on the market, many are unsure which material to choose. To help with homewear selection, lifestyle brand Pyeongsosenghwal introduces the pros and cons of different materials.
Polyester is mainly used for sportswear and outdoor activity clothing such as hiking gear. Homewear made of polyester has good elasticity, making movement comfortable, but it has poor moisture absorption and breathability, which can cause discomfort during sweaty summer days.
Silk is popular for pajamas due to its smooth texture. It also has excellent moisture absorption and breathability, but it is difficult to care for and wrinkles easily, making it more suitable for those with low indoor activity rather than those who prefer intense activities like home training.
Cotton is well-ventilated and has excellent moisture absorption, making it a favored material for summer clothing. Seersucker fabric, a cotton processed with a puckered surface to reduce skin contact and facilitate heat release, is often used for summer clothes. However, for those who sweat heavily, cotton can absorb moisture, becoming heavy and damp quickly.
Linen is a plant-based material made from flax fibers, known as an eco-friendly material because it consumes less water and does not degrade the soil compared to cotton cultivation. It features a loose fiber structure, making it lightweight, highly breathable, and quick-drying. Due to the stiff nature of the fibers, it wrinkles easily, so care is needed when washing.
There are also blended products that overcome the drawbacks of single materials. Solsolove is made by blending cotton and linen to prevent wrinkles and provide a soft touch. Combining two materials with good moisture absorption and breathability, it has a 'moisture-wicking and quick-drying' function. It is also suitable for use as a summer cardigan or bathrobe.
A Pyeongsosenghwal representative said, "Homewear should be comfortable indoor clothing suitable for activities and also pajamas that help you stay cool on hot summer nights," adding, "We recommend multi-material products that maximize the advantages of single materials for summer homewear."
