[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] Hyundai Green Food, a comprehensive food company affiliated with Hyundai Department Store Group, announced that it will hold a "Healthy Temple Food Special Exhibition" on the 19th for one day only at "Greeting Mall," the exclusive online mall of the care food specialty brand "Greeting," in celebration of Buddha's Birthday.
This special exhibition offers a 10-20% discount on four vegetarian menu items commonly enjoyed at Buddhist temples. Key items include 'Potato Ongshimi Perilla Soup (serves 2)' made with domestic potatoes, 'Nutritious Glutinous Eight-Grain Rice (serves 2)' made with eight grains, and 'Sweet Potato and Burdock Root Braised in 100% Domestic Soy Sauce.'
Additionally, ten Greeting vegetarian menu items will be offered at a special 10-20% discount. These include convenient vegetarian meals that can be eaten immediately without additional cooking, such as 'Gomchwi Doenjang Steamed Dish' made with seasonal domestic gomchwi and traditional domestic doenjang, and 'Shanghai Tofu Noodle Stir-fry' flavored with domestic soybean tofu and handmade Doubanjiang.
