- Announcement of winners for non-designated subscription on May 24 (Mon), contract proceeding on May 26 (Wed)
- Core location in Taepyeong-ro area, Daegu's emerging residential district, expected to attract great interest with excellent product quality
Hyundai Construction is conducting a non-priority subscription for the remaining apartment units that became available due to disqualified applicants after the official contract phase for 'Hillstate Dalseong Park Station,' a new residential area launched in the Taepyeong-ro district of Daegu.
Unlike regular subscription applications, the non-priority subscription does not require a separate subscription savings account, so no winning record is recorded, and there are no restrictions on re-winning. Therefore, it is expected that this non-priority subscription for the complex will attract significant interest from buyers seeking to avoid regulations.
The non-priority subscription schedule for Hillstate Dalseong Park Station is as follows: applications will be accepted on Tuesday, May 18, winners will be announced on Monday, May 24, and contracts with the winners will be conducted on Wednesday, May 26.
Hillstate Dalseong Park Station will be developed as a super high-rise residential-commercial complex in the Jung-gu area of Daegu, consisting of three buildings with a total of 392 units, ranging from five basement floors to a maximum of 49 floors above ground. It includes two apartment buildings with 320 units and one residential officetel building with 72 units, with neighborhood commercial facilities on the first floor. The scheduled move-in date is October 2024.
The apartments at Hillstate Dalseong Park Station are characterized by a single exclusive area of 84㎡, which is highly preferred by consumers. The number of units by type is ▲84㎡A 91 units ▲84㎡B 44 units ▲84㎡C 44 units ▲84㎡D 47 units ▲84㎡E 47 units ▲84㎡F 47 units.
Hillstate Dalseong Park Station is located in a prime location offering comfortable living conditions.
The complex is a station-area development within walking distance of Daegu Metro Line 3’s Dalseong Park Station, with convenient access to Buk-gu Office Station on Line 3 and Daegu Station on Line 1 and the Gyeongbu Line. Notably, the Daegu Metropolitan Railroad, connecting Gumi, Chilgok, Daegu, and Gyeongsan over 61.85 km, is scheduled to open in 2023, which will further enhance the regional transportation network accessibility from the complex.
Within walking distance is Suchang Elementary School, and the area is densely populated with many schools including Jongno Elementary, Seobu Elementary, Dalseong Elementary, Gyeongil Middle School, and Chilseong High School, providing excellent educational conditions. Additionally, nearby green spaces such as Dalseong Park and various lifestyle amenities including Lotte Department Store, Homeplus, Opera House, Daegu Complex Sports Town, Buk-gu Office, Jung-gu Health Center, Seomun Market, and Chilseong Market offer a convenient living environment.
Hillstate Dalseong Park Station incorporates Hyundai Construction’s differentiated design fitting its prime location. It features a south-facing layout for excellent lighting and ventilation. The interior design includes a slab-type 4-bay structure (except for some units), and larger dressing rooms and pantries compared to surrounding complexes to expand storage space and usability.
Convenient residential specialized systems supporting residents’ living are also noteworthy. The complex applies a heat exchange ventilation system equipped with HEPA filters effective in reducing fine dust, creating an environment where residents can always breathe clean air indoors.
Advanced designs enhancing residential convenience stand out as well. Hyundai Construction’s home IoT system ‘Hi-oT’ technology is applied, enabling control of lighting and heating, energy usage monitoring, and services such as package delivery tracking and elevator calls via smartphone, providing a more comfortable lifestyle.
Various security and safety systems and energy-saving systems are also introduced. Security features include the ‘Entrance Safety Camera’ that strengthens protection against external intrusion. Two-megapixel CCTV cameras are installed at building entrances, inside elevators, underground parking lots, and children’s playgrounds. Energy-saving systems include an integrated wall pad with an energy management system (HEMS), a master light-off switch, and a standby power cut-off switch.
A sales official stated, “Due to the high satisfaction of buyers with the complex’s various advantages and the successful sell-out of the residential officetel units, we expect strong interest in this non-priority subscription as well. We will deliver the best landmark complex representing the Taepyeong-ro area to meet the high expectations and interest.”
