[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Fairmont Ambassador Seoul announced on the 14th that it will offer a Sanggyeonrye package for engaged couples and their families.

This package is available at Gallery 7, located on the 7th floor of the hotel. The entire floor is composed of small spaces for private meetings and events, allowing customers to hold Sanggyeonrye with customized services.

The Sanggyeonrye package is prepared in two options: a traditional table setting package paired with traditional liquors, and a Western course package paired with wine. The traditional table setting package features a 7-course modern Korean set, reinterpreted by the hotel chef, paired with traditional distilled liquor Samhae Soju and Omiroje Yeon. The course includes Korean-style sashimi, ginseng chicken porridge, steamed abalone served with grilled white kimchi, domestic Korean beef sirloin, Yanggu dried radish greens rice and Neungi mushroom beef soup, assorted side dishes, and green tea cr?me br?l?e.

The Western course package offers a 6-course Western set menu using seasonal ingredients, accompanied by three wines carefully selected by a sommelier. The meal starts with Osetra caviar-topped sweet shrimp carpaccio, followed by snow crab soup, duck confit slow-cooked with lemon and thyme, charcoal-grilled Korean beef tenderloin as the main dish served with mint lemon sorbet, and chestnut parfait with caramel popcorn for dessert.

The Sanggyeonrye package is designed for a minimum of 8 people. Prices start at 1,385,000 KRW and 1,425,000 KRW respectively (including tax and VAT). For groups larger than 8, an additional charge of 150,000 KRW per person applies. Alcoholic beverages are charged separately.
