‘Seomyeon Dongwon City Vista’ Offering Full Access to Central Infrastructure in Seomyeon, Opening in June

Recently, due to fine dust and various environmental issues as well as the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, there is growing popularity for living infrastructure that allows people to enjoy everything near their homes without going far. This small residential complex is an ultra-station area located just a 1-minute walk from Bujeon Station on the Donghae Line and Line 1. It is also a 5-minute walk from Seomyeon Station, a transfer station between Line 1 and Line 2. Additionally, it has a wide-area transportation network connecting Dongseo Elevated Road and Hwangnyeong Tunnel, and serves as a hub for city bus routes that allow access throughout Busan, providing excellent transportation conditions.

Meanwhile, the sale of Busan Seomyeon Dongwon City Vista is scheduled for June. The model house is located in Busanjin-gu.
