GS Construction Opens Model House for Bongdam Xi Rapine in Hwaseong on the 14th

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] GS Construction announced on the 13th that it will open the model house for 'Bongdam Xi Lapine' in Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do on the 14th and begin the full-scale sales schedule.

The complex, located in Donghwa District A-3 Block, Bongdam-eup, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, consists of 8 buildings with a maximum of 25 floors above ground and a total of 750 households.

Donghwa District, where Bongdam Xi Lapine is located, is close to Bongdam IC on the Seoul Metropolitan Area 2nd Outer Ring Expressway, making access to the entire metropolitan area convenient. It is also easy to access the metropolitan area and downtown Seoul via the Gwacheon-Bongdam Expressway. Numerous wide-area bus routes and village bus routes operate toward Gangnam Station and Sadang Station. Omokcheon Station on the Suin-Bundang Line is located within a 2.5 km radius of the complex.

Within walking distance of the complex, Wau Elementary School and an attached kindergarten are in operation. Wau Middle School is located nearby to the west. E-Mart Bongdam Branch is within walking distance, and there are cinemas and Hanaro Mart within approximately 1.5 km radius of the complex. Industrial complexes such as Suwon Industrial Complex, Dongtan New City Industrial Complex, and Hyundai-Kia Namyang Technology Research Center can be reached within 10 to 30 minutes by car.

GS Construction will apply various housing types to Bongdam Xi Lapine, including ▲5Bay 4-sided open type ▲terrace-specialized units ▲duplex terrace housing types.

The sales schedule will proceed with special supply starting on the 24th, followed by first priority for the relevant area on the 25th, and first priority for other areas on the 26th. The announcement of winners will be on the 2nd of next month. Move-in is scheduled for October 2023.

A GS Construction official said, "This is the first Xi apartment supplied in Bongdam, which is transforming into a large-scale residential town, and due to the infrastructure nearby, there have been many inquiries from demanders. We will do our best to become a leading complex representing the region."

The model house will be operated as a cyber model house due to the impact of COVID-19, and viewing will be allowed only for winners after prior reservation.
