[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Oh Hwan-joo] Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) announced on the 12th that it received a donation of daily tableware sets worth 200 million KRW from Terra Ceramic Co., Ltd. (CEO Jeong Yong-mu), a ceramic manufacturing company located in Cheonggye-myeon, on the 11th.

Founded in 2010, Terra Ceramic Co., Ltd. established a ceramic manufacturing plant in the Muan Cheonggye Agricultural and Industrial Complex in 2013. The company has been making great efforts for the growth and development of ceramic small business owners in connection with the Muan Ceramic Small Business Specialized Support Center, which was the first of its kind established in Jeollanam-do at Mokpo National University.

Additionally, the company has been engaged in various social contribution activities, including providing tableware sets worth 200 million KRW to residents affected by the heavy rains and flooding in Gurye, Jeollanam-do last year.

CEO Jeong Yong-mu said, “I hope the various types of tableware will be delivered to those who truly need them,” and added, “I hope a culture of sharing that brings great satisfaction and joy to each other will become a part of everyday life.”

Governor Kim San stated, “Thanks to this precious donation during Family Month in May, double the happiness will be delivered to those in difficult circumstances,” and added, “The county will always do its best to eliminate welfare blind spots.”
