Located in Block A-15 of Unjeong 3 District, Paju-si, Gyeonggi Province, this complex consists of a total of 846 households in buildings ranging from basement level 1 to 28 floors above ground, with unit types of 59, 69, and 84㎡ (exclusive area).

This complex is a public-supported private rental apartment. Unlike public rental housing, there are fewer restrictions on eligibility, and rent increases are limited to within 5% (every 2 years). Residents can live for at least 10 years or more.

Paju Unjeong New Town Umi Lin The First features specialized spaces such as pantries, spacious dressing rooms, and alpha rooms. Some unit types apply a 4-BAY structure and cross-ventilation design to provide a comfortable living environment.

Additionally, sports facilities such as a multipurpose indoor gym and fitness center, as well as community facilities including a small library and a public daycare center within the complex, have been established. Furthermore, service facilities such as an unmanned parcel delivery system and a children's movie theater are planned to be operated.
