[Asia Economy Reporter Chunhee Lee] Seegene announced on the 12th that its consolidated operating profit for the first quarter of this year was tentatively estimated at 193.9 billion KRW, a 388% increase compared to the same period last year.
Sales for the first quarter of this year reached 351.8 billion KRW, up 330% from the same period last year, and net profit increased by 388% to 164.2 billion KRW.
Seegene explained that even considering that the first quarter of last year was before the full spread of COVID-19, the company continues its growth trend based on its diagnostic kits.
