In particular, 'City Ociel Phase 1' is considered an excellent location within City Ociel, which is being developed as Incheon's representative luxury new town, offering easy access to various infrastructures.

First, the transportation conditions are outstanding. Hakik Station on the Suin-Bundang Line (scheduled to open) will be within walking distance, allowing easy travel not only within Incheon but also to Seoul and Gyeonggi areas via Hakik Station. The Suin-Bundang Line will connect with many metropolitan subway lines, including Line 1, Incheon Subway Line 1, the planned Wolpan Line, and Line 4. Additionally, Songdo Station on the Suin-Bundang Line, just one stop from Hakik Station, is being developed into the KTX Songdo Station complex transfer center, which will further improve regional transportation conditions. Using KTX from Songdo Station, the Incheon-origin KTX direct connection project (linking Suin-Bundang Line Eocheon Station and the Gyeongbu High-Speed Railway) will connect to the Gyeongbu Line, enabling faster travel to the southern region.

Moreover, the complex is close to a wide-area road network including the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway, the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway (between Incheon and Gimpo), Incheon Bridge, Incheondaero connecting to the Gyeongin Expressway, and Aamdaero connecting to the 3rd Gyeongin Expressway, making it convenient to travel to other regions by car.

A school site is planned right next to the complex, enabling convenient commuting for children in the future. Nearby schools such as Yonghak Elementary, Yonghyeon Middle, and Inhang High School are also located close by, and a daycare center will be established within the complex, ensuring an excellent educational environment.

Residents can also enjoy a one-stop lifestyle with access to various cultural and commercial facilities. Incheon’s first 'Incheon Museum Park' is scheduled to be built nearby, and a large-scale central commercial site (about 70,000㎡) will house various shopping and convenience facilities.

Residents can enjoy a healing lifestyle with pleasant natural surroundings in the city. City Ociel will feature nine parks (six cultural parks, two neighborhood parks, and one children’s park) and a grand park of about 370,000㎡, providing a comfortable living environment. Especially, 'City Ociel Phase 1' will have a neighborhood park nearby, making it easier to enjoy eco-friendly nature.

Notably, City Ociel Phase 1, constructed by HDC Hyundai Development Company, Hyundai Engineering & Construction, and POSCO Engineering & Construction?top 10 domestic construction companies?will be developed as a first-tier major brand, promising not only guaranteed construction capability and safety but also future brand premium.

The complex boasts excellent product features. It is designed with 100% underground parking. A central park will be created in the middle of the complex. Reflecting the growing trends of camping and pet ownership, a 'camping zone' and 'pet playground' will be installed within the complex, along with children’s playgrounds, toddler playgrounds, auxiliary gardens, and resident exercise facilities scattered throughout the complex.

Advanced systems will also be applied. An IoT system linked with various smart mode functions will allow residents to control alarms, lighting, gas, heating, and ventilation inside and outside the complex via smartphones or voice recognition devices. Residents can pass through the main entrance, call elevators, and check vehicle locations simply by carrying their registered smartphones. Unmanned parcel systems, electric vehicle charging systems, and parking guidance systems will also be implemented to enhance residents’ convenience.

A sales official stated, “With the successful sale of City Ociel Phase 3, interest in City Ociel, being developed as Incheon’s representative luxury new town, has significantly increased. Especially, City Ociel Phase 1, which offers excellent location advantages to enjoy all the values of City Ociel at once, is attracting strong interest from demand groups with heightened expectations.”

Meanwhile, Yonghyeon-Hakik District 1 Block City Ociel is a mini new town-scale private urban development project covering about 1.54 million㎡ in Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and nearby areas, with a planned population of about 13,000. The project implementer, DCRE, plans to create a luxury city representing Incheon in collaboration with leading domestic construction companies HDC Hyundai Development Company, Hyundai Engineering & Construction, and POSCO Engineering & Construction.

City Ociel will be developed under separate brands according to usage. The residential area will be 'Live Ociel,' the grand park area 'Park Ociel,' the commercial, cultural, and business complex area 'Star Ociel,' the creative innovation area 'Cube Ociel,' and the pedestrian street connecting parks and green spaces 'Link Ociel.'

The City Ociel Phase 1 model house is located in Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and is scheduled to open in May.
