According to the Korea Real Estate Agency's subscription homepage on the 11th, this complex recorded 244,343 applicants for 302 units in the first-priority subscription on the same day. With an average competition rate of 809.1 to 1, it set a new record high. The previous highest record was 'Hillstate Hwanggeum-dong' supplied in Hwanggeum-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu in 2015, with a competition rate of 622.2 to 1.

The subscription competition rate for exclusive area 102㎡A in the Other Gyeonggi region (Gyeonggi Province excluding Hwaseong-si) was the highest at 5,435.9 to 1. In addition, four-digit competition rates were seen in 102㎡B Other Gyeonggi (3,734.5 to 1), 102㎡A Other regions (2,985.4 to 1), 102㎡B Other regions (2,125.9 to 1), and 84㎡A Other Gyeonggi (1,302.6 to 1).

Earlier, 39,817 people applied for the special supply subscription held the day before. Excluding 36 units recommended by institutions, a total of 39,783 applicants competed for 193 units, resulting in a competition rate of 206 to 1, showing great popularity.

This complex consists of 3 buildings from basement level 6 to ground level 49, with exclusive areas of 84㎡ and 102㎡, totaling 531 units. It is located in the SRT Dongtan Station area and is subject to the price ceiling system. It is interpreted that many applicants gathered from the special supply application stage as a large price difference is expected upon winning the subscription.

The average sale price per 3.3㎡ was set at 13.67 million KRW, with the sale price for the exclusive area of 84㎡ reaching up to approximately 488.67 million KRW.

Nearby, 'Dongtan Station Bando Yubora Ivy Park 7.0' with an exclusive area of 86.2318㎡ was traded for 1.475 billion KRW (43rd floor) on February 14. Market analysts predict that a profit exceeding 1 billion KRW will occur upon winning the subscription.
