Online Job-Specific Career Counseling and Employment Consulting Provided by Current Employees
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] Samyook University will hold a job and career fair, "Job Festival," for current students and young job seekers from the 11th to the 13th both online and offline.
The online job booths will feature six job categories with current employees from companies participating: △ Artificial Intelligence Developer △ Big Data Marketer △ Domestic Sales △ Overseas Sales △ Platform Service Marketer △ Developer. Under the theme "Chatting Deeply with Current Employees," consultations on job duties and employment strategies for public recruitment will be provided via the video conferencing service Zoom.
The event booths will be set up offline at Solomon Square on campus. Various employment-related event programs will be offered, including △ Color Image Making △ Free Resume Photo Shooting △ Hair and Makeup △ Job Search Stress Test and Counseling △ VR Interviews. In particular, the "VR Interview" allows participants to wear a VR headset, select their desired company and job position, and practice in an environment identical to an actual interview with virtual interviewers and settings.
Additionally, individual counseling and various consulting services will be provided at employment policy promotion booths such as △ University Job Center Counseling △ Path to Becoming an Army Officer △ Seoul Northern Employment Center △ Samyook University Job Center.
Ryu Suhyun, Director of the Samyook University Job Center, said, "This fair was held to enhance the practical employment competitiveness of students and actively support their job search activities," adding, "We will continue to operate various programs that allow students to learn specifically about their desired job sectors and achieve employment success."
