In the weekly women's golf world rankings announced on the morning of the 11th (Korean time), she earned 3.45 points, rising a remarkable 12 spots from 33rd place last week. She accumulated points by winning the Honda LPGA Thailand, part of the LPGA Tour, which concluded on her home course on the 9th. This is her 11th career victory, her first in 2 years and 10 months since the Scottish Women's Open in July 2018. Rookie Patty Tavatanakit (Thailand), who performed well finishing tied for 3rd, is also positioned 11th (4.66 points), on the verge of entering the 'Top 10'.
