Anyone Can Enter on Shinhan Card Website Until the 23rd of This Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Shinhan Card announced on the 10th that it will hold the 'Chamshinhan Billboard Slogan Contest' for two weeks until the 23rd of this month.
Chamshinhan Billboard is a billboard measuring 30.5m wide and 4.6m high installed on the outer wall facing Hannam High School at Blue Square Shinhan Card Hall, which Shinhan Card sponsors. It carries two meanings: 'Chamshinhan,' meaning completely new, and 'Cham, Shinhan,' representing the sincerity of Shinhan Financial Group.
Shinhan Card plans to regularly hold slogan contests timed with the replacement of the billboard to use the Chamshinhan Billboard as a communication channel.
The theme of the first contest, the 2021 summer edition, is 'a relatable phrase that conveys a lively and refreshing summer.' Participants can apply from today until the 23rd by following the instructions on the event page posts on the Shinhan Card website and the Shinhan Payfan application (app).
Anyone who can think of a fresh phrase can participate in the contest. Participants may freely choose up to three phrases per person, either original creations or recommended phrases from poems, essays, or performance scripts. The winning entries, selected based on relevance to the theme, creativity, and impact, will be announced on the 28th of this month and can be checked on the Shinhan Card website.
One grand prize winner will receive a Shinhan Gift Card worth 1,000,000 KRW if their original phrase wins, or 500,000 KRW if their recommended phrase wins. Two works will be selected each for the Excellence Award and the Merit Award, with winners receiving Shinhan Gift Cards worth 300,000 KRW and 200,000 KRW, respectively. Additionally, 20 participants will be randomly selected to receive Starbucks coffee gifticons.
A Shinhan Card official said, "We hope the Chamshinhan Billboard will become a new communication channel that delivers hope and happiness in busy daily life."
