On the morning of the 7th, Noh Hyun-song, Mayor of Gangseo-gu, Seoul, received a donation for helping neighbors from a Koscom official in the mayor's office.

[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Gangseo-gu, Seoul (Mayor Noh Hyun-song) received a donation for helping neighbors from Koscom (CEO Hong Woo-sun) in the mayor's office on the morning of the 7th, a day before Parents' Day.

The donated funds will be used for a health food support project to help low-income elderly living alone in the area have a healthy summer.

Mayor Noh Hyun-song said, "We are grateful for Koscom's generous help for the local elderly on the occasion of Parents' Day," and added, "We will carefully take care so that elderly living alone in the community can regain vitality in life and live safely."

Meanwhile, Koscom supported special meals for elderly living alone during the Lunar New Year in February and also donated funds in April for the informatization education project at the Multicultural Family Support Center.
