SSG.com Officially Launches Danish Furniture Brand 'Fritz Hansen'

Fritz Hansen officially joins SSG.com.

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] SSG.com announced on the 9th that it will officially launch the premium furniture brand with Nordic sensibility, ‘Fritz Hansen,’ on the 10th, becoming the first domestic online mall to do so.

Founded in Denmark in 1872, Fritz Hansen is a global brand that produces a variety of premium furniture, lighting, and accessories based on the philosophy that ‘a single piece of furniture can beautifully transform a space.’ Fritz Hansen has gained great popularity for its practical yet unique designs characteristic of Nordic brands, and currently operates flagship stores in Copenhagen, San Francisco, Milan, and Tokyo, as well as approximately 2,000 retail outlets in about 85 countries worldwide.

In Korea, Fritz Hansen has mainly operated through offline official stores such as Shinsegae Department Store, but with this entry into SSG.com, it plans to showcase online collections including the Ikebana and Ikeru vase series, Dot Stool, and cushion collections, which involved renowned Spanish designer Jaime Hayon and Danish architect Arne Jacobsen.

To commemorate the official launch of Fritz Hansen, a special gift event will be held starting on the 10th. The first 100 customers who purchase Fritz Hansen products will receive eco-bags, notebooks, pens, and stickers engraved with the brand logo. Additionally, customers who leave a photo and review by the end of this month after purchasing will be entered into a draw where 10 winners will receive a LEGO flower bouquet product.
