Jeonnam Fire Department Encourages Employees Caring for Parents Over 90 or with Disabilities

Event Held for Parents' Day: "Thank You, and We Love You"

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] The Jeonnam Fire Headquarters (Chief Ma Jaeyoon) held an event to encourage employees who care for elderly parents and parents with disabilities in celebration of the 49th Parents' Day.

According to Jeonnam Fire on the 7th, this event was promoted under the theme "Thank you. And I love you," to encourage employees devoted to caring for elderly parents with warm family love and to wish for their parents' health.

Ma Jaeyoon, Chief of Jeonnam Fire Headquarters, presented health supplements and carnations to three employees caring for parents over 90 years old and five employees living with parents who have disabilities, sharing heartfelt conversations.

Earlier, on Children's Day, Jeonnam Fire also provided gift coupons to employees with multiple children, creating opportunities to reflect once again on the importance and warmth of family through small events.

Chief Ma said, "A harmonious family allows one to perform well at work," adding, "Although everyone is going through difficult times amid the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, I hope May will be a time to reflect on the meaning of 'Gahwamansaseong' (family harmony brings success in all things)."
