May Couple's Day Celebration: 'My Shinrang, My Shinbu'

Recruiting 30 Couples Married Over 25 Years in Geumcheon-gu from May 10-12... Counseling, Horticultural Activities, and Remind Wedding Photoshoot from May 17-22

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yoo Seong-hoon) will hold a commemorative event for couples, "My Groom, My Bride," at the Geumcheon-gu Healthy Family and Multicultural Family Support Center (hereinafter the Center) on May 21, in celebration of Couples' Day.

"My Groom, My Bride" is a program aimed at reminding couples of the preciousness of their relationship through a Remind Wedding Challenge, targeting couples in Geumcheon-gu who have been married for over 25 years.

In this program, activities such as "Remind Love Q&A," "Remind Horticulture Activity," "Remind Wedding Photography," and "Remind Wedding Song Challenge" will be conducted to enhance communication and intimacy between couples.

Couples wishing to participate can apply from May 10 to 12 via the Geumcheon-gu Healthy Family and Multicultural Family Support Center website or by text message ("I apply for My Groom, My Bride"). Thirty couples will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Selected couples will participate in the program from May 17 to 22, and after the program ends, they will also receive a video capturing their moments together.

Mayor Yoo Seong-hoon stated, "I hope this event held in celebration of Couples' Day will be a peaceful and warm May, allowing couples to reflect on their relationships and the meaning of family."
