Apartments located close to industrial complexes are thriving in the local housing market. These complexes, which reduce commuting time and costs, align well with the recent work-life balance trend, and due to strong demand, they are experiencing significant price increases and excellent liquidity.
In fact, among the complexes offered for sale in local areas this year, those with the highest subscription competition rates were all within a 10-minute commute to business districts or industrial complexes. ‘Asan Tangjeong Samsung Trapalace,’ which recorded the highest competition rate in local areas this year with an average of 386.49 to 1, is located just a 5-minute drive from Asan Display City 1 General Industrial Complex.
