Hyundai Construction to Launch 'Hillstate Daegu Station First' for Sale in June

Hyundai Construction plans to launch sales of 'Hillstate Daegu Station First' in the Jung-gu area of Daegu Metropolitan City in June.

The complex consists of a total of 2 blocks with 390 units. Among them, Hillstate Daegu Station First, which will be supplied first in June, will be developed as an apartment complex with 216 units of 84㎡ exclusive area, ranging from 5 basement floors to 41 floors above ground, along with a commercial facility called 'Hills Avenue Daegu Station First' within the complex. The commercial facility is planned to be located on the 1st to 3rd floors above ground.

By exclusive area, there are 72 units each of 84㎡A, 84㎡B, and 84㎡C, all consisting of a single preferred 84㎡ unit type.

Hillstate Daegu Station First is located in the central area of Daegu near Daegu Station, allowing residents to enjoy convenient transportation infrastructure. It is approximately 530 meters in a straight line from Daegu Station on Daegu Metro Line 1 and about 500 meters from Dalseong Park Station on Line 3, making both lines accessible on foot.

The Daegu Metropolitan Area Railroad, which can be accessed on foot from Daegu Station near the complex, is scheduled to open in 2023. This project connects Gumi, Chilgok, Daegu, and Gyeongsan over 61.85 km using the existing Gyeongbu Line as an electric railway network. Once opened, the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions will be connected as a single living zone within 40 minutes.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced in April, through the draft of the 4th National Railroad Network Construction Plan (2021?2030), that it will enhance convenience of movement within regions by expanding metropolitan area railroads in local metropolitan areas and support the formation of competitive metropolitan economic zones. The Daegu Metropolitan Area Railroad project is part of this plan, and the residential environment around the stations is expected to become more convenient after the opening.

The complex also boasts excellent road traffic networks. Major roads such as Chimsan-ro, Taepyeong-ro, Sincheon-daero, and Gukchaebosang-ro are nearby, allowing easy access to both the inner and outer areas of Daegu city by car.

Hillstate Daegu Station First offers abundant living infrastructure. Lotte Department Store Daegu Branch, E-Mart Chilseong Branch, and Bunge Market are conveniently accessible.

Additionally, Dongseong-ro, considered Daegu's largest central commercial district, is adjacent, providing easy access to various cultural facilities such as CGV and Lotte Cinema, as well as medical facilities including Kyungpook National University Hospital and Dongsan Hospital. Nearby are also Daegu Complex Sports Town and Daegu Opera House for leisure activities, and administrative institutions such as Jung-gu Office are conveniently accessible.

The Taepyeong-ro area in Jung-gu, where Hillstate Daegu Station First is located, is transforming into an emerging residential town with a large supply of new apartments. Currently, about 15,000 new units have been sold or are about to be sold in the Taepyeong-ro area. Among them, Hillstate brand complexes, including 'Hillstate Daegu Station First 2nd Phase' scheduled for sale opposite the project site, will total about 8,400 units, forming a Hillstate brand town.
