This education was conducted in strict compliance with quarantine and safety rules before and after the training, including adhering to social distancing measures due to COVID-19 and limiting the number of participants during the sessions.
The mobile safety experience vehicle used in this event is an 8.5-ton special vehicle equipped with safety experience facilities, offering various experience programs such as VR fire extinguisher training, simple evacuation device experience, and fire facility experience to provide safety education.
Additionally, a safety experience space was operated on the first floor of the shopping mall, where children could engage in various fire safety experiences such as CPR practice, visible fire extinguisher experience, wearing fire protective clothing, and viewing fire prevention poster exhibitions, thereby enhancing their safety awareness through hands-on activities.
Park Won-guk, Chief of Muan Fire Station, said, “We prepared fire safety education to spread a culture of safety through children's safety experiences,” and added, “We will continue to expand and operate experiential education so that more residents and children can receive training.”
