According to the telecommunications industry on the 28th, SK Telecom, KT, and LG Uplus are conducting pre-orders from the 23rd to the 29th of this month ahead of the release of the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini Purple models on the 30th. General customers can also activate the service starting April 30.
SK Telecom offers benefits to customers who pre-order through its official online mall T Direct Shop, including ▲ 'T Gift' which provides gifts such as silicone cases and wireless chargers ▲ 'Immediate Compensation Special Compensation' which offers trade-in compensation for existing devices ▲ and the 'Untact Plan' available only through T Direct Shop.
KT gives one gift to customers who pre-order and order directly online. Customers who pre-order through KT Shop are entered into a draw to receive prizes.
LG Uplus presents an official Apple adapter to all customers who activate through offline stores during the pre-order period, and for those who proceed through U Shop, the first 1,000 customers receive either an official Apple adapter or an official Apple card wallet.
Additionally, regardless of offline stores or online malls, customers who activate after pre-ordering will be entered into a draw to receive LG Electronics Pra.L full package (2 winners), Apple Watch 6 40mm Gold Aluminum Case with Solo Loop and Basic Silicone Band (8 winners), and Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer (10 winners).
The Apple iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini Purple models will be released in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB variants. The retail price starts at 1,078,000 KRW for the iPhone 12 and 950,000 KRW for the iPhone 12 mini, the same as existing products. Other than the color, the functions are identical.
