Lotte GRS Introduces Coupon Menu and Gift Features in Lotte Eats App

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] Lotte GRS announced on the 21st that it will strengthen services on its online proprietary application 'Lotte Eats'.

On the Lotte Eats app, the number of mobile coupons for all products, identical to those available at each brand store of Lotteria, Angel-in-us, and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, will be expanded from 8 types to a total of 112 types (51 types for Lotteria, 41 types for Angel-in-us, and 20 types for Krispy Kreme Doughnuts).

In addition, a balance-managed small amount voucher function (10,000 KRW, 20,000 KRW, 30,000 KRW) has been newly introduced, and a gifting feature has been added to the Lotte Eats app, incorporating a gift culture suited to the non-face-to-face untact trend into the company's app, Lotte Eats.

Lotte Eats mobile coupons can be used for reservation pickup service 'Eats Order' or when visiting stores, and the validity period is one year, with the usage period extendable up to a maximum of five years.
