'Apgujeong's Biggest Player' Zone 3 Union Establishment Approved... 2 Years 7 Months After Promotion Committee Formation

[Asia Economy Reporter Junhyung Lee] Apgujeong 3 District, the largest reconstruction zone among the reconstruction areas in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, has received approval for the establishment of a reconstruction association.

According to the maintenance industry on the 19th, Gangnam-gu Office notified the approval for the establishment of the association for Apgujeong 3 District on the same day. It has been 2 years and 7 months since the establishment of the promotion committee in September 2018. Apgujeong 3 District, consisting of Hyundai 1 to 7 phases, 10, 13, and 14 phases, and Daelim Villate, has a total of 4,065 households, making it the largest among the six districts of the Apgujeong apartment area.

With this approval, four of the six special planning zones in Apgujeong, excluding Districts 1 and 6, have succeeded in establishing associations. Previously, Apgujeong Districts 2, 4, and 5 received approval for association establishment from Gangnam-gu Office.
