Saerom Study Cafe (CEO Shin Hyunjin), a new study cafe that provides psychological stability and comfort through plant-themed interior design and adds various facilities and elements for the MZ generation, has opened.
Located near Exit 14 of Isu Station, famous for its proximity to transportation, food, and forest areas, Saerom Study Cafe aims to be the optimal space for job seekers, cafe study groups, remote workers, and exam takers. To differentiate itself from typical shared offices, libraries, and study rooms, it has been designed to eliminate infection risks and optimize for the post-COVID-19 era, considering independent and hygienic aspects.
Above all, the open space offers wide desks up to 120cm, furnished with colorful cafe-style chairs highlighted in olive green and mint colors. The focus zones, which emphasize individual hygiene and separation, are equipped with oval chairs that can be adjusted in height to match the user's stature, enhancing convenience. There is also a couple/friends zone for two people, and a meeting room furnished with mint and Indian pink chairs against a white wall.
Each seat is furnished with ergonomic furniture and equipped with facilities for user convenience, including white noise machines, air purifiers, and power outlets at every seat. Double-layered soundproofing materials block noise almost perfectly, creating an environment that maximizes concentration for studying or work. Additionally, there is a wooden interior cafe lounge where visitors can relax and enjoy premium coffee for free.
Notably, CEO Shin Hyunjin is an expert who has managed a furniture business for 40 years, a family legacy. Leveraging accumulated know-how and collaborating with a renowned space-curating company, she established Saerom Study Cafe. CEO Shin also announced plans to build a “sharing and coexistence system” by donating a portion of the cafe’s monthly profits to local community development.
Currently, Saerom Study Cafe is running an opening event promotion where first-time users on the 19th and 20th can purchase a 3-hour usage ticket, normally 5,000 won, for only 1,000 won in the “1,000 won deal.” Additionally, the first 40 customers can enjoy a 30,000 won discount on a 100-hour usage ticket and a 40,000 won discount on a 4-week registration ticket, valid until the end of this month. Inquiries about these events can be made via phone or KakaoTalk Plus Friend.
CEO Shin Hyunjin of Saerom Study Cafe stated, “In line with the evolving study cafe trends, we applied an unmanned system so anyone can use the space for as long as they want without feeling self-conscious. We also take pride in the space design completed with the pride of an interior designer. We have strived to satisfy all MZ generation members who need new challenges, and we hope everyone who needs a comfortable space like rest can recharge here.”
