[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Sumi] Lee Hyun-bae (48), a member of the group 45RPM and the younger brother of DJ DOC's Lee Ha-neul, suddenly passed away. An autopsy to determine the exact cause of death is scheduled for the 19th.

On the 17th, Spotv News reported that Lee Hyun-bae died of a heart attack at his home in Seogwipo, but according to other media investigations, Lee Hyun-bae's agency Super Jam Records stated, "The cause of death has not been clearly determined," and remained reserved. The agency also said, "The police suggested that an autopsy would be appropriate, and we have requested to proceed with the autopsy."

Meanwhile, Lee Hyun-bae debuted in 2005 as part of the hip-hop group 45RPM. He later gained much love for songs such as "Joyful Life" from the movie 'No Manners' OST, as well as "Rigidung," "Saechimttaegi," and "Slightly." He was also active in broadcasting, appearing on KBS2 variety show 'Invincible Baseball Team' and Mnet hip-hop competition programs 'Show Me the Money' and 'Do You Know Hip-Hop?'.
