This summer, the complex cultural space Tan Beach Club & Resort is set to open on Yangyang Hajodae Coastal Road, a hot spot for surfing. The grand opening of Tan Beach is scheduled for the first weekend of June, but the soft opening will take place earlier in May, offering various cultural events, experience content, and activity programs from global brands that can be directly experienced at the venue.
Featuring a large 150㎡ infinity pool and a jacuzzi-style second pool along the East Sea of Yangyang, the resort boasts an exotic interior reminiscent of Bali. For a season of 180 days (6 months), it will operate unique culture and entertainment content such as surfing, yoga, performances, and art.
Experience content provided by Tan Beach, including surfing and yoga, will take place on the private beach located in front of the venue. Tan Beach’s surfing classes offer a professional and intensive curriculum taught by top-ranked domestic instructors. In addition to surfing, various extreme sports such as SUP and diving can also be enjoyed. A beach volleyball court, built to international competition standards, is set up on one side.
During the season, top DJs from the highest domestic lineup, bands and sessions of various genres, and world-class headliner artists will deliver live performances to the audience. Furthermore, various domestic stars and celebrities are also expected to join Tan Beach Club & Resort.
The pool and beach club operating hours will be from 10 a.m. to midnight, divided into day time and night time sessions.
Tan Beach is located at 77 Hajodae Coastal Road, Hyeonbuk-myeon, Yangyang-gun, Gangwon-do, just 300 meters from Yangyang Surf Beach and 150 meters from Hajodae Beach, making it an ideal hot spot in Yangyang.
Tan Beach’s party villa rooms, consisting of eight party rooms, are designed with teak wood and real stone materials, pursuing a 6-star natural orientalism concept.
