Court Administration Office Staff Additional COVID-19 Confirmed Cases... Total Now 2

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daehyun] One more employee of the Court Administration Office has tested positive for COVID-19.

On the morning of the 16th, the Supreme Court announced that an employee who sat next to the staff member from the General Affairs Office, who tested positive the previous day, was confirmed positive on this day.

This confirmed case is one of the five people who had close contact with the employee diagnosed the day before, and the remaining 21 people who had contact with the previous confirmed case all tested negative.

The Supreme Court stated, "There were no preemptive measures taken as the movements of the additional confirmed case overlapped with those of the previous confirmed case," and added, "The quarantine authorities plan to conduct an additional epidemiological investigation this afternoon."
