[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] The Songpa Police Station in Seoul announced on the 15th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Lotte World Aquarium to collaborate on crime prevention and the protection of socially vulnerable groups.
Through this MOU, the two organizations agreed to actively cooperate in ▲establishing a cooperative system and jointly promoting publicity campaigns for crime prevention and protection of socially vulnerable groups ▲discovering other areas for mutual exchange and cooperation.
Kim Sonyeon, Chief of Songpa Police Station, stated, "Through this MOU, we hope to jointly promote crime prevention activities and publicity campaigns for socially vulnerable groups such as children, adolescents, and women visiting the aquarium and observatory, creating a safer Songpa District free from crime."
