Geumseong Baekjo to Launch Asan Tangjeong District Yemi Ji in Second Half of Year

Geumseong Baekjo is preparing for the second half of the year sale in the Asan-si area of Chungnam. Yejiji is planned with a total of 791 households, ranging from basement level 1 to ground level 35, with exclusive areas of 74 to 102㎡.

As it is a land development project within the Tangjeong district and a post-sale project adjacent to the Buldang district and close to the Baebang district, residents can enjoy the already established convenient living infrastructure. Additionally, when commercial facilities are developed within the Tangjeong district in the future, a synergistic effect is expected through the connected commercial areas.

Geumseong Baekjo Asan Tangjeong Yejiji offers an educational environment with elementary and middle schools scheduled to open, allowing walking-distance commuting, which is expected to be popular among actual buyers. The project site is near Gokgyocheon and Jisan Park, providing a pleasant residential environment, and transportation is also excellent. The Tangjeong Station on Line 1 Janghang Line, accessible on foot within the complex, is scheduled to open in the second half of the year, making public transportation convenient. The Dangjin-Cheonan Expressway is also under construction and is expected to open in the second half of the year, further improving the transportation network in the nearby Chungnam region.
