Gimhae Jinyeong Station Railroad Museum Supports 'My Own Exhibition' for Local Citizens, Organizations, and Artists

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] On the 15th, the Jin-yeong Station Railway Museum in Gimhae, Gyeongnam announced that it will carry out a project providing local citizens, organizations, and artists the opportunity to hold their own exhibitions.

This project is planned to allow individuals, organizations, or artists who have collections they want to share with citizens to exhibit their own stories at the museum. In particular, it is expected to be an opportunity to promote the works of artists and art groups who have had limited exhibition opportunities due to the spread of COVID-19.

Applications for participation can be submitted by visiting the Cultural Arts Division at City Hall or by emailing the person in charge, along with a brief exhibition plan and a list of exhibited items included in the exhibition proposal.

After an internal review to assess eligibility, the results will be notified to the applicants. Selected teams will receive support for exhibition-related needs such as consulting, exhibition space, personnel, and materials.

The "My Own Exhibition" project is scheduled to be held year-round, starting with a special stamp exhibition by Director An Man-gi at the Chansaenaegol Stamp Exhibition Hall in May.
