Support for Rental Fees of Practice Rooms and Video Production Costs for Resident Clubs in Dongjak-gu Area

Recruitment for Performing Arts-Based Community Culture Clubs Composed of 3 or More Local Residents... Application Deadline on the 19th... Selected 10 Teams to Receive Support for Practice Room Rental, Video Filming and Production Costs

[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Dongjak-gu (Mayor Changwoo Lee) is recruiting participants for the ‘2021 Local Attractions Linked Resident Ensemble’ (hereafter Resident Ensemble) until the 19th.

This ‘Resident Ensemble’ is designed to introduce residents to various cultural resources within the area and to promote the revitalization of living culture by supporting and promoting living culture clubs based on the local community.

The target participants are a total of 10 living culture clubs based on performing arts activities (theater, music, dance, gugak, etc.) composed of three or more local residents, with the number of participants limited to fewer than five per team to prevent COVID-19 infection.

Applications can be submitted by downloading the form from the Dongjak Cultural Foundation website and sending it to the person in charge via email (2021001@idfac.or.kr).

Selected living culture clubs will receive support for venue rental fees for rehearsals and the production of videos (in the form of music videos) filmed against the backdrop of local attractions in five major zones (Noryangjin·Daebang, Sindaebang, Sangdo, Heukseok, Sadang).

The produced videos will be screened and then released in October on the Dongjak Cultural Foundation website and YouTube channel.
