Hyundai Motor Company Launches '2021 Hello Spring Commercial Vehicle Customer Care Service' Hyundai Motor Company will conduct the '2021 Hello Spring Commercial Vehicle Customer Care Service' for two days starting from the 14th.

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] Hyundai Motor Company announced on the 14th that it will conduct the '2021 Hello Spring Commercial Vehicle Customer Care Service' targeting commercial vehicle customers at major logistics hubs to welcome the spring season.


Hyundai Motor will provide this service over two days, from the 14th to the 15th, at major rest areas and garages along the Yeongdong Expressway, Seohaean Expressway, Gyeongbu Expressway, and Namhae Expressway.


Through this service, customers can have basic vehicle items such as tires and Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) inspected, as well as air conditioning components including filters and refrigerants.


Additionally, Hyundai Motor explained that sales and consultation booths will be operated at each hub, along with vehicle maintenance education and promotional activities.


Hyundai Motor expects this service to enhance customer satisfaction. A Hyundai Motor official stated, "This service was prepared to help customers drive safely by inspecting basic vehicle items that are easily overlooked and providing disinfection services," adding, "Hyundai Motor will continue to offer various services for commercial vehicle customers in the future."
