On the 12th, YouTuber A stated in a comment on a video uploaded last April, "Although this is a video I posted in the past, your opinions make sense," adding, "I will immediately change the original title, which was along the lines of 'Even a 177cm tall average Korean man becomes a celebrity here,' to the current title."

A said, "Thank you for pointing out my double standards. I will take my past shortcomings as a lesson and continue to improve."

The video was originally uploaded on April 6 last year under the title "An average Korean man becomes a big celebrity in Bangladesh, where the average height is 160cm."

A introduced the video by saying, "The average height in Bangladesh is 160cm. A Korean man with an average height of 177cm stood alone in the heart of Dhaka, the capital of the poorest country. I received unexpected stares and popularity all at once."

The video received comments such as "Please change the title," "Are you disrespecting Bangladeshi people? This is uncomfortable," "Isn't this racial discrimination?" and "This is embarrassing."

A replied, "It seems that everyone has different thoughts. I respect other opinions and truly appreciate the advice," but did not accept the netizens' requests to change the title.

However, as the video became known through online communities recently, the racial discrimination controversy spread. Netizens criticized the YouTuber's recklessness.

Eventually, A changed the video title and revised the video description.

He removed explanations such as "average height 160cm" and "poorest country," and wrote, "In Dhaka, Bangladesh, I received unexpected stares and popularity all at once.
