Real Estate 114, "Ramian Ranks No.1 in Apartment Residential Satisfaction"

[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Among apartment brands, Samsung C&T's ‘Raemian’ was found to have the highest residential satisfaction.

Real Estate 114 announced on the 13th that, according to an online survey on ‘Apartment Brand Residential Satisfaction’ conducted with 2,000 consumers living in the metropolitan area from the 15th to the 29th of last month in collaboration with Korea Research, Raemian by Samsung C&T ranked first in seven categories.

Raemian ranked first in all categories including construction quality, which received 34.8% support, ▲A/S defect repair (43.3%) ▲Internet of Things (IoT) advanced products (39.5%) ▲landscaping (32.3%) ▲investment value (38.8%) ▲community facilities (30.5%), among others.

Raemian also ranked first in the ‘most preferred apartment brand’ category with a response rate of 31.8%, followed by GS Construction’s ‘Xi’ at 20.9%.

Following were ▲Hyundai Construction & Engineering’s ‘Hillstate’ (13.5%) ▲DL E&C & DL Construction’s ‘e-Pyeonhansesang’ (6.3%) ▲Lotte Construction’s ‘Lotte Castle’ (6.4%) ▲Daewoo Construction’s ‘Prugio’ (5.4%).

A Real Estate 114 official said, "High evaluations in residential satisfaction areas such as construction quality and A/S defect repair seem to be linked to preference in sales and move-in."

The survey was conducted with a 95% confidence level and a margin of error of ±2.0 percentage points.
