Applications Accepted Until the End of This Month... Selection of Over 40 Companies
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (Mayor Seo Daeseok) announced on the 13th that it is recruiting participating companies for the ‘Small Business Online Business Support Project.’
This project was promoted to support small business owners’ entry into the online market.
Participating companies will be accepted for three weeks along with the announcement until the 30th.
Among small business owners located in Seo-gu, Gwangju who apply, 40 stores will be selected to receive support such as ▲education related to business operation ▲online marketing ▲live commerce broadcasting.
The selected companies will choose products suitable for online sales through one-on-one interviews between professional product planners and representatives, and will be listed on online malls such as Naver Shopping.
Afterwards, competitive product monitoring will be conducted for one month to secure price competitiveness, and online marketing will be carried out simultaneously to perform more strategic promotional activities.
In addition, among the participating companies, products from six stores with excellent sales performance will be selected to receive support for live commerce broadcasts (real-time video streaming online channels) twice in July and October.
Seo Daeseok, Mayor of Seo-gu, said, “This project was implemented to provide practical help to small business owners in response to the spread of non-face-to-face consumption culture,” and added, “We will take the lead in helping small business owners who are experiencing difficulties to enter the online sales market by linking with various cooperating organizations.”
Meanwhile, on the 6th, Seo-gu signed a business agreement for the Small Business Online Business Support Project with Gwangju-Jeonnam Small and Medium Business Administration, Kim Daejung Convention Center, Jeonnam Producers Cooperative, Seller24, and Inphil Co., Ltd. to successfully promote this project.
