'2021 Must Be Tropical: La Dolce Vita!'
Targeting MZ Generation with Sensory Yellow Desserts, Offering Early Bird Benefits
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Lotte Hotel Seoul announced on the 13th that it will hold a 'Dessert Promotion' in collaboration with the Italian premium niche perfume brand Acqua di Parma. This is the second collaboration following last year.
The Peninsula Lounge & Bar at Lotte Hotel Seoul will run the '2021 Must Be Tropical: La Dolce Vita!' promotion from July 7 to August 31. Pastry Chef Na Sung-joo, a gold medalist at the World Culinary Olympics, created delicate and original desserts inspired by Acqua di Parma's signature yellow color.
The 'Tropical 3-Tier Tray,' which allows guests to enjoy both desserts and shaved ice simultaneously, was designed based on the Acqua di Parma perfume bottle. Guests can enjoy various desserts such as mango tart and lemon doves. The set, including one type of shaved ice (choice of mango, melon, or traditional shaved ice), is priced at 72,000 KRW (for two people).
From May 8 to August 29, the 'Tropical Buffet' will be available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Guests can enjoy the 3-tier tray, apple mango shaved ice, and over 30 buffet menu items per table. The buffet includes popular dessert items like croffles and fruit macarons, as well as seven types of dishes suitable as light meals. The price is 67,000 KRW per adult and 35,000 KRW per child (ages 4 to 12).
Early bird customers who make reservations through Naver by April 30 will receive a 15% discount. Upon visiting the venue, guests will receive an exchangeable gift set (shower gel, perfume samples, and a 10% discount coupon). Additionally, the first customers using the promotion will receive three types of perfume samples on a first-come, first-served basis.
