On the southern east coast of Gangwon, the northern east coast of Gyeongbuk, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo, rain of around 1mm is predicted until 6 a.m. that day. Snow may fall in the mountainous areas of Gangwon.

The morning low temperature is expected to be between 2 and 9 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 10 and 20 degrees Celsius. Morning temperatures in most parts of the country will be chilly, below 5 degrees, and the temperature difference between day and night, especially inland, is expected to be around 15 degrees, so attention to health management is necessary.

Fine dust concentration is expected to be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.

Dense fog with visibility below 200 meters is expected in the mountainous areas of Gangwon from early morning to morning. From the afternoon, winds will gradually strengthen at sea and waves will rise, so ships navigating or fishing should exercise caution.

Sea waves are expected to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the near seas of the East Sea and South Sea, and 0.5 meters in the near seas of the West Sea. In the distant seas, wave heights are forecasted to be 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea and South Sea, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea.
