The Gangdong Police Station in Seoul announced on the 8th that they had arrested and sent Mr. A, in his 30s, on charges of damaging public property.

Mr. A is accused of breaking the front windshield and side mirror of a police car with a large hammer (sledgehammer) about 1 meter long while wearing a motorcycle helmet in the parking lot of Gangil Police Substation in Gangdong-gu around 1 a.m. on the 4th.

During the police investigation, Mr. A reportedly stated that he "broke the car because he couldn't find a job."
