KT IS and KT CS plan to enhance consultation efficiency and improve the quality of services provided to customers by utilizing various artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. They will also create a corporate culture that grows together with employees by improving employees' work concentration and work-life balance (Work-Life Balance, WLB).

CEO Park Kyung-won said, "We will take the lead in the AI contact business market by utilizing our company's customer experience data and CS capabilities." Along with this, he conveyed two business directions: ▲ strategic transition to an AI contact company ▲ innovative internal structural improvement.
