Jungheung Construction Group's Jungheung Togeon is opening a cyber model house for the public-supported private rental apartment "Goyang Deogeun Jungheung S-Class Park City," located in Deogeun District, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, on the 26th and is recruiting tenants.
Located in Block A2 within the Deogeun Urban Development Zone in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, "Goyang Deogeun Jungheung S-Class Park City" consists of 12 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 22 floors above ground, with a total of 894 households sized between 59 and 84㎡. This supply offers 391 units of 59㎡ exclusively, presented as a public-supported private rental housing.
Public-supported private rental housing allows anyone aged 19 or older who is a member of a household without home ownership to apply regardless of subscription savings or residence, with no restrictions on re-winning. Notably, the lease is guaranteed for 8 years (renewed every 2 years), and rent increases are limited to within 5% annually.
A representative from Jungheung Construction Group's Jungheung Togeon stated, "The initial rent was set at a lower price compared to general and special supply market prices to reduce tenants' burdens," adding, "We enhanced stability by subscribing to the Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) rental guarantee."
The Deogeun District, where "Goyang Deogeun Jungheung S-Class Park City" is located, is an urban development zone being developed on a total area of approximately 646,000㎡ (planned for 4,815 households). It shares the Seoul living area based on its proximity to Seoul, offering a convenient work-residence environment.
To the east are Sangam DMC and Hongdae Entrance, to the southeast Yeouido, and to the southwest the Magok District. Commuting is possible using nearby roads such as Gangbyeonbuk-ro, the 1st and 2nd Jayu-ro, Gayang Bridge, Olympic-daero, and the planned World Cup Bridge.
The complex is adjacent to the foothills of Daedeok Mountain, with Noeul Park, World Cup Park, and Sky Park nearby. Additionally, a middle school is planned to be established right next to the complex, and elementary schools and kindergartens are also planned within walking distance.
Jungheung Construction Group's specialized design features are also noteworthy. The complex is primarily south-facing and includes a 4Bay design (in some units) to maximize natural light and ventilation. Winners will be announced on the 7th, and official contracts will be signed from the 19th to the 21st. The model house is located in Sinwon-dong, Deogyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, and move-in is scheduled for November 2022.
