Same-Day Delivery Service for Orders Placed Before 3 PM in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon Areas

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Balan, an online luxury boutique (CEO Choi Hyung-rok), announced on the 23rd that it has partnered with Mesh Korea (CEO Yoo Jung-beom), the operator of 'Boorung', to launch a same-day delivery service for luxury goods.
This service addresses customer inconveniences such as delivery delays caused by circumstances at local European boutiques by directly purchasing popular products identified through customer demand and delivering them. Among the parallel importers listed on Balan, highly trusted businesses were selected, and their currently held product lines were also included.
The same-day delivery service covers about 8,000 items, combining products owned by Balan itself and those held by Balan’s partner parallel importers. The service is available to customers in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon regions, and orders placed before 3 PM can be received on the same day. Ordered products are delivered to customers through Mesh Korea’s delivery service, Boorung. Orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the next day.
Mesh Korea plans to collaborate to optimize delivery and logistics systems, including providing same-day delivery services within Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. Boorung, which has so far excelled in fresh food and beverage delivery, will expand its business scope to various product categories such as luxury goods and fashion apparel, strengthening digital logistics management and delivery capabilities.
Choi Hyung-rok, CEO of Balan, said, "Customers purchasing high-priced products naturally have the right to enjoy fast delivery services, but luxury goods have largely lacked this aspect until now. We believe that cooperation with the premium delivery service Boorung will further enhance satisfaction among Balan customers."
