According to the 'Status of Code of Conduct Violations by Executives and Employees' submitted by LH to Lee Jong-bae, a member of the National Assembly Land, Infrastructure and Transport Committee from the People Power Party, a total of 23 cases were detected between 2019 and 2020, of which 74%, or 17 cases, involved 'accepting money or valuables from persons related to their duties.'
Among these, only about half, 9 people, received severe disciplinary actions such as dismissal or termination. Other violations included improper instructions related to contracts with office assistants and unjust receipt of travel expenses. By rank, grade 3 had the most cases (9 people), followed by grade 4 (8 people) and grade 2 (3 people).
On the other hand, there was not a single case of real estate investment using internal information among the violations.
