Ourhome Launches Two Premium Instant Noodle Dishes

The two premium noodle meal kits introduced this time are composed of hand-pulled fresh noodles, large chunks of ingredients, broth and sauce made with Ourhome's unique recipe, allowing anyone to enjoy restaurant-quality noodle dishes with simple preparation.

'Sutashik Jjajangmyeon' consists of hand-pulled fresh noodles and a jjajang sauce properly stir-fried with scallion oil. The fresh noodles are kneaded in a vacuum state and then go through a hand-pulled rolling process, boasting a chewy texture that does not easily spread and feels freshly made.

'Signature Hanwoo Saengmyeon Jeongol' is a premium hot pot enjoyed with hand-pulled fresh noodles, featuring a rich broth made from domestic anchovies and kelp, thinly sliced Hanwoo brisket, and plenty of green onions. It is characterized by the deep and rich flavor of the broth, and the noodles are vacuum-kneaded to maintain a chewy and soft texture for a long time.

The two premium noodle meal kits launched this time can be purchased at Ourhome's official online mall 'Ourhome Food Store Mall,' as well as open markets and discount stores.
