[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that 74 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed from 0:00 to 18:00 on the 8th.

This is 18 fewer cases compared to the same time the previous day.

The main cluster infection routes include 1 case related to acquaintances and workplace in Gwanak-gu, 1 case related to a nursing hospital in Dongdaemun-gu, 1 case related to a high school in Gangdong-gu, and 3 cases from other cluster infections.

In addition, there were 41 cases from contact with other confirmed patients, 18 cases under investigation for infection routes, and 4 cases from contact with confirmed patients from other cities or provinces.
